I started doing squats last friday night and since then i’ve been really sore even tho it was only body weight squats

I’m aware that it’s gonna get alot harder and i’m probably gonna feel the same stuff i’ve been feeling for the past few days and worst in about a month or less when I start using weights and a squat rack

But it’ll be worth it in the end. I have to keep telling myself through the pain and the struggle that it’ll be worth it in the end. For the cute ass, for my legs to look good in knee high socks, for my future girlfriends viewing pleasure when I’m walking around the house wearing nothing but a pair of cute underwear and a old t-shirt. But most importantly, for the confidence and major self esteem boost.

I just gotta keep reminding myself that.

is it weird that i wanna buy you a sweater of your choice, wear it for a few days straight so my scent is attach to it and send it to you?

We’d sleep in a tent & it’d be one of those No-Technologies-Allowed camping trip.
