So here’s a little update on my weight loss progress. The picture of the right (ignore my stupid smile) was taken about a month before I started going back to the gym and the one on the left was taken about a week ago. Going to the gym is just as important as dieting. So go and hit the gym!

My dad recently brought to my attention that I’ve been abused by all my friends in the past few years. Mostly emotionally & mentally.
